HARRIS MJ

The HMJB Advantage - Smarter Combustion

The Harris Multi-Jet Burner is not just another incinerator. It is a unique, patented system centered around a hollow, perforated auger that revolutionizes the combustion process. This core design delivers air directly into the heart of the fuel bed, ensuring complete, efficient, and controlled combustion of even the most difficult-to-burn materials.

Step One

Feed: Waste is fed into the system via the unique auger.

Step Two

Air Injection:  The rotating auger acts as an air manifold, injecting pre-heated air radially through the waste.

Step 3

Staged Combustion:

This precise air delivery eliminates oxygen-starved "cold pockets," ensuring every particle of waste is thoroughly combusted.

Step 4

Heat Recovery: The intense heat generated is captured and can be used to produce steam, hot water, or electricity via a standard generator.

Step 5

Emissions Control:

Flue gases pass through a sophisticated filtration system (e.g., ceramic filters with reagent dosing) to ensure emissions are well within IED limits.

Hazardous Waste

Plastics, medical waste, solvents, contaminated packaging.

Biomass & Wood

Construction timber, poultry litter, agricultural waste.

Municipal Solid Waste

RDF (Refuse Derived Fuel), commercial waste.

Specialty Streams

Tyres, activated carbon, confidential waste.

Emissions & Environmental Compliance

Initial testing by UKAS-accredited REC Environmental Monitoring confirmed all pollutant concentrations were "comfortably within low ranges" and that CO and NOx could be operated below ELVs (Emission Limit Values).

IED Compliant

As assessed by International Project Developers, the system's combustion quality is "very good," and when integrated with our recommended flue gas treatment, it neutralizes residual contaminants to "within the prescribed IED limits."

Intrinsic Drying

The auger pre-heats and dries waste in-situ, handling high-moisture feeds that quench other systems.

Precise Oxygen Delivery

Eliminates dead zones and ensures complete burnout, reducing harmful by-products.

Compact & Modular Design

Lower headroom than competitors, ideal for skid-mounted, decentralized units.

Fuel Autonomy

Once started, the process is sustained by the waste itself, requiring no additional fuel.
